Flexible Solutions for your business
Your business isn't bound by the borders of one country or limited to one mode of transportation, so why is your visibility? ShipMatrix is proud to announce our newest capabilities: international parcel and domestic LTL visibility solutions! Let the power of ShipMatrix analytics unlock the value in your data.
International Parcel Shipment Visibility
Transportation charges are a key component of decisions involving International locations. Since most International shipments are both time-sensitive and valuable, making the right shipping decisions is critical. ShipMatrix International shipment statistics reporting enables transportation executives to monitor shipping charges on a lane-by-lane basis for informed business decisions. ShipMatrix International tracking applications provide transit times by lane and by service type along with the ability to recover guaranteed service refunds where available. This data can help you optimize your inventory planning while providing financial transparency.
Purolator added as a supported carrier – ShipMatrix recently completed the latest release of ShipMatrix Enterprise tracking that now includes support for Purolator as a carrier. ShipMatrix customers can now get the same reporting for Purolator that ShipMatrix has provide for domestic parcel carriers for over a decade, including:
- On-time service performance (Raw and Adjusted scores)
- Guaranteed late deliveries
- Manifest Error/Billed, not shipped, packages
Additionally, ShipMatrix can identify on project basis:
- Locations/percentage of packages passed to partner carriers (eg CPC =Canada Post)
- Rural (RR) deliveries
- Beyond points (with additional charges)
LTL Management Reports and Transit Benchmarking North America
Unlike the parcel industry, the LTL market segment has many competing carriers. ShipMatrix applies EDI standard 210 and 214 input formats to provide transportation managers the information needed to benchmark LTL carrier services. Our LTL reporting provides shipment statistics and transit times by lane that enable carrier value proposition comparisons. For companies shipping to retail stores, ShipMatrix can measure carrier transit time performance by individual consignee location to determine required shipping lead times. LTL on-time performance versus carrier standards can be reported with information provided by your carriers.
