International Parcel Shipment Visibility

Purolator added as a supported carrier – ShipMatrix recently completed the latest release of ShipMatrix Enterprise tracking that now includes support for Purolator as a carrier. ShipMatrix customers can now get the same reporting for Purolator that ShipMatrix has provide for domestic parcel carriers for over a decade, including:

• On-time service performance (Raw and Adjusted scores)
• Guaranteed late deliveries
• Manifest Error/Billed, not shipped, packages

Additionally, ShipMatrix can identify on project basis:

• Locations/percentage of packages passed to partner carriers (eg CPC =Canada Post)
• Rural (RR) deliveries
• Beyond points (with additional charges)
