Eligible Refunds
This report lists eligible Guaranteed Service Refund (GSR) packages by posted date, providing a summary of the count and net charges of packages identified as eligible for guaranteed service refund or void credits (for manifesting errors).
Service Heatmap
This report is filled with heat maps and graphs that provide valuable information into service performance by destination, service type, zone, and more.
Service Benchmark
This report allows you to compare your carrier's raw and adjusted on-time performance as well as the number of carrier delays and for what reasons those delays occurred. Also, you can drill down into any late reasoning for details on all matching packages.
Package Locator
Keep track of all of your packages with the SMx Package Locator report. This report provides the ability to search for packages for the latest shipment statuses based on a variety of input criteria such as ship date, tracking number, destination zip, or consignee.

Who is ShipMatrix?
Started in 2000, ShipMatrix [SMx] was the first to offer applications for shippers to leverage the billions of dollars in IT being spent by FedEx and UPS for improvement of their own shipping operations.
The SMx team played a critical role in the successful startup of FedEx Ground and has influenced many changes in the industry including guaranteeing the ground service in 1998.
In addition, it was the first to expose that shippers were getting billed for manifested but not shipped parcels. The SMx team can take credit to saving billions of dollars for shippers from such changes.

What type of hardware or other resources are required for me to use ShipMatrix?
Just a web browser. SMx reporting service is a web application optimized for mobile and desktop, making it easy to view your shipping reports from home, the office, or on the go.
What will I have to do to file for GSR with carriers to get refunded for service failures?
By providing SMx with your carrier billing center information (FedEx, UPS, USPS), SMx can automate the GSR submission process for you. This service is provided for free to PBC/RSA customers. Otherwise, you can file for GSR on your own using FedEx Billing Online or the UPS Billing Center.
